I received the product. However, it does not float as advertised. I 've done everything, put it in a flat place and everything I thought I could do and it doesn't float at all. I believe that the manufacturer should have a way of adjusting the buoyancy of the globe.

The shipping packaging was terrible, I'm surprised it didn't break during shipping! I also got a Euro electrical cord when I'm in the US! Luckily I had a US electrical that fit! But at least it works great!
