Installation steps
A : Separate the mounting plate from the fixture by unscrewing the 2 screw nuts
B : Tighten both sides of the 3 brackets
C : Run wires through base and fixed with screw nuts
D : Connect the wires correctly and secure them with electrical tape and wire nuts (connect like-colored wires, with the copper wire attaching to the mounting plate)
E : Install the light fixture by locking the screw nuts, attach wires accordingly and bolt fixture to ceiling
F : Screw the light bulb into the E27 socket (Bulbs are not included)

It is similar to how it is described, although it is metallic, it is not Chrome and the cap that the trim holds was short and I had to buy another. Work well and looks good
