Good afternoon. I have ordered 6 lamps from the seller. One of them is defective. I offered the seller to solve the problem amicably and send me a new lamp instead of the defective one, I provided the seller with photos and video of the problem. The seller contacted me once every few days. The seller refused to solve the problem amicably and replace the defective product with a usable one. I DO NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS SELLER.
